We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

To request a return, please contact us at support@viorasculpt.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Our team will review your request and provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and find the best solution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent incorrectly.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
